Smile for a Lifetime Foundation (S4L) is a charitable, non-profit organization that provides donated braces to financially disadvantaged children and young adults. They prioritize their services for low-income families and/or individuals in special situations, such as foster care or other out-of-home placements. Many of these youth are at risk for unfavorable health, academic, and social outcomes because of these challenges, and they are particularly vulnerable when they do not have the positive self-esteem and confidence that come with good oral health. Smile for a Lifetime’s mission is to create self-confidence, inspire hope and change the lives of children in our communities in a dramatic way.
