Managing a cracked UR6 during root canal treatment

In this video I root treat a maxillary first molar (UR6). Removal of temporary material reveals a crack. A glide path is established with Flexofiles and the root canal system rapidly tapered with Wave.One Gold instruments. Pre-curving is demonstrated. Finally, the case is obturated using a vertically compacted gutta percha technique
